You Can't Find Success Under a Rock

Even if you are an Anthropologist, or an Earth Soil Scientist, you still can't achieve success by hiding under a rock. It's not there. Don't go looking – trust me – sooner or later you are going to have to come out, and mingle.

I fully understand that there are many among us that enjoy completely being off by themselves. The solitude, and silence can be very richly rewarding. And it is said, “Silence is the mind of God.”

But life is to be lived. To share in experiences that can only be found, when in the company of others. We take our cues from them, and give cues in return. Social interaction is necessary for growth, development, and mental well being.

If your immediate environment is not conducive to seeking out others to socialize with, find, or make an environment that is.

You can't find success under a rock, in the dark, all by yourself. It's over there – in that crowd of people. The ones just dying to meet you, and share in the fun.
